On June 26th Nitor hosted a 1-hour webinar about how to best enable Procurement Transformation, titled: Realizing Value Through Procurement Transformation.
(If you were unable to attend the live event, don’t worry, you will be able to request access to the recording in the link below.)
The session, featuring Gary Stoddard, Partner at Nitor, highlighted what it takes for organizations to realize true value when looking to transform their Procurement practices.
In this webinar, we brought the idea of a true transformation to life through a client case study showcasing what a successful assessment and execution of the transformation looks like when it has a holistic review of People, Process and Technology aspects across Procurement activities.
This webinar not only covered a Procurement perspective, but also how to best include, educate, and gain support from stakeholders in key support functions like IT, Legal, Finance and HR.
In this webinar, we covered:
- Benchmarking, assessment and gap analysis across all aspects of source-to-pay
- Holistic focus on People, Process and Technology to ensure sustainable change
- Educating and influencing stakeholders that support Procurement - IT, Legal & Finance
- Prioritizing recommendations to drive focus, phasing and resource allocation
- Managed execution of the transformation roadmap to provide value / savings
We would like to give a special thank you to our guest Gary Stoddard.
